1. Rental Agreement
When you place an order on our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use the rented speakers responsibly
- Return them in good working condition on or before the due date
Any damages to the product during the rental period will be chargeable.
2. Shipping Policy
- Free delivery is available for addresses located within 20 km from our center.
- For distances above 20 km, a shipping fee of ₹500 to ₹1000 will apply, depending on the total distance and location.
- Delivery charges will be confirmed before order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment modes include UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- If a customer cancels the booking after confirmation, 50% of the rental amount will be deducted as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the delivery time for any refund to apply.
- In case of non-availability of products on our end, a 100% refund will be provided.
5. Product Usage
- The rented speakers are to be used only for lawful and appropriate purposes.
- Any misuse, sub-renting, or tampering with the product is strictly prohibited.
- The customer is responsible for the safety of the equipment during the rental period.
6. Liability
- We are not responsible for any event disruptions or loss caused due to technical issues, misuse of equipment, or delay in delivery due to external factors.
- In case of product malfunction, please contact us immediately for replacement or assistance.
7. Ownership
All products available for rent remain the property of Speakers on Rent. Renting does not grant ownership rights.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
