1. Equipment Rental & Booking Terms

All party speakers, DJ sound systems, and concert audio equipment rented through Speakers On Rent (SOR) are supplied in tested, high-fidelity working condition alongside necessary power adapters, tripod stands, and wireless microphones.

• Standard Rental Period: 1 Rental Day constitutes up to 24 hours from time of delivery. Multi-day rentals receive automated bundle discounts.
• Delivery & Technician Setup: Our audio engineer arrives approximately 1 hour prior to your scheduled event time to wire, test, and balance sound levels.
• Included Accessories: 2 UHF wireless karaoke mics, heavy duty audio cables, and speaker stands are provided at zero additional charge.

2. Security Deposit & Refund Process

To safeguard high-value audio equipment, a refundable security deposit is collected upon booking or doorstep dispatch.

• Zero Security Deposit Eligibility: Verified customers who complete quick online Aadhaar / Government ID verification qualify for 100% security deposit waiver using coupon code ZERO.
• Instant Deposit Refund: Upon conclusion of your rental duration and quick inspection by our pickup engineer, 100% of the deposit is refunded instantly to your original UPI / Bank Account.

3. Safe Handling & Venue Guidelines

Renters are responsible for basic shelter from heavy rain or extreme liquids for non-waterproof systems. Any accidental physical chassis damages will be assessed at standard replacement costs.
