We understand event plans can change. Bookings cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled event delivery time receive a 100% full refund with zero cancellation charges.
2. Last-Minute Cancellations
For cancellations requested once our sound technician has already dispatched and arrived at your venue, a nominal transport fee of ₹299 is deducted and the remainder refunded immediately.
