By placing an order on Speakers On Rent (via website checkout, telephone helpline, or WhatsApp), the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Customer Obligations
The renter agrees to ensure an adequate power supply source (220V AC mains or provided battery backup) and safe event premises. Equipment must not be sub-rented or transferred to third parties without prior written consent from SOR.
3. Limitation of Liability
Speakers On Rent shall not be liable for local municipal sound regulation compliance or noise curfew permissions required by local law enforcement at private event venues.
